Shaved Ice Island is an Austin based business that serves creative gourmet shaved ice recipes as well as time-tested flavors that everybody loves.

We do fresh, fun flavors such as the Mango Lassi (shaved ice with mango fruit and vanilla ice cream), the Moscow Mule (with lime juice and fresh cut ginger root) and the Notorious POG (Hawaiian juice-based shaved ice made with passion fruit, guava, and orange).

We have some delicious and interesting tea/coffee based gourmet flavors: the Thai Iced Tea, Brown Guy Chai, and the Creamy Cold Brew (made with Austin’s Chameleon Cold Brew, cream, and ice cream).

Hispanic style shaved ice raspas are popular, and we have created some killer flavors! Our Cucumber Lime, Mangonada, Picadilly, Tamarindo, and Arroz Con Leche will cambiar your vida senor (or senorita).

We have five sizes: Kid’s Cup, Cool (small), Cooler (medium), Coolest (large), and Coolerest (XL).
